The president of ACEG Mr.Hu Yuncheng signed the framework agreement of strategic cooperation with the president of China National Aero-Technology International Engineering Company Mr. Liu Rongchun in Beijing on 22 February 2009. Both sides agreed to advance the all-round cooperation in international market, especially in Africa such as Algeria where both companies can realize the mutual complementarities and sharing the benefits and risks and mutual benefits and win-win. Both companies will take a certain project as the beginning of cooperation and then gradually shift to the all-round strategic cooperation.
China National Aero-Technology International Engineering Company is subordinate to China National Aero-Technology Import & Export Corporation. It is mainly engaged in construction contracting and real estate and its primary business covers large-scale house building, airport and water engineering projects. Its businesses are mainly located in the Middle East and Africa. It has established many branches and representative offices in many countries in Asia and Africa. CATIC has a strong market development capability and there are overlapping business regions between ACEG and CATIC. Both companies can promote the cooperation by signing the framework agreement. It will help sides to use and share the information, technology and market of both companies. This surely will help to realize the mutual complementarities and mutual benfits.
